Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Health Advocate
Effective July 1, 2025, the vendor for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will be Health Advocate. More information will be added to this page as it becomes available. For EAP services through June 30, 2025, please visit our current provider, ComPsych® GuidanceResources®.
Health Advocate (EAP) is a FREE program available exclusively for State of Delaware Group Health Plan non-Medicare members, spouse or domestic partner, dependent children, parents, parents-in-law, and members living in the household. The program offers someone to talk to and resources to consult whenever and wherever you need them. Members will have a toll-free number with 24/7 direct access to a Health Advocate who will answer your questions and, if needed, refer you to a counselor or other resources such as work-life, legal and financial support. You will also have access to the website and mobile app to consult articles, podcasts, videos, webinars, and other helpful tools.
